As a developer, investor and builder with successful experience in residential and commercial real estate, I have purchased and sold millions of dollars of property and buildings.
As an expert in the real estate profession, I am excited to help others achieve financial security through investments in real property. Mountain resort real estate areas have many opportunities in the vacation rental property and luxury home markets. Harley is comfortable with transactions ranging from large scale development projects to first-time home purchases.
My broad experience allows me to be a great advocate for prospective real estate buyers and sellers. I have:

-Redeveloped industrial property,
-Managed his construction projects including industrial lease space, residential housing and commercial lease space,
-and successfully remarketed lots, homes and commercial buildings.
I was raised on a ranch in the middle of a ranching community and I find that my upbringing helps when negotiating with buyers and sellers of ranch real estate.
